As part of the bouquet of world class services, as Max’s Lifestyle Village we have recently added a spanking new multi-million-rand conference facility to our portfolio. The conference facility will assist us to cater to the needs of our clients who want to host, events, meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars, etc. The conference centre is equipped with the state-of-the-art technology, to enable our clients to host their events in a world class environment in order to achieve their desired outcomes.

  • Our conference facility can accommodate up to 250 people and more depending on the seating arrangement;
  • We offer very affordable and competitive venue hire costs (rated per hour, number of people etc.)
  • We offer a variety of menus to accommodate all our customers’ unique culinary tastes and needs ( including Halal and Kosher on request);
  • We offer all necessary equipment such as mics, speakers, projectors etc.
  • We offer bespoke décor setups/furniture hire in order to create a unique experience for your event;
  • Customers are also allowed to do their own décor in line with our world class standards;
  • For convenience, we offer in house shuttle services with our 40 seater bus and 15 seater coach, all of which are able to collect and drop off our guests from the hotel to our establishment, vice versa;
  • The conference room is situated inside our establishment but comes with ultimate privacy and is sound-proof which enables our customers to host all major and private meetings, private functions and conferences etc in an exceptionally elegant venue;
